The http://www.bsmpoa.com website provides quick, easy access to forms for new construction, additions, and modifications to existing residences. Overnight parking permit requests can also be completed online.
Burnt Store Meadows residents and property owners can access “Owner Only” documents and information. To view these areas of the website, you must register and be approved as a property owner.
Registration is easy.
The first time you visit http://www.bsmpoa.com, select Register in the upper-right corner of the screen.
On the Register page, you will be asked to provide:
- Your owner type, such as homeowner, condo owner, or lot owner.
- Your name, email address, cell phone number,* address, and account password.
* If you do not have a cell phone or prefer to use another number, you can update it in your Member Profile after your account is approved.
After entering your information, select Register at the bottom of the page to continue. On the next page, complete your Member Settings, where you can choose how you’d like to hear from the association, including emails or text messages. You can also use Member Settings to update your password and privacy preferences.
