Excessive barking of dogs left unattended in their yard is a violation of City Ordinance and our Deed Restrictions. If you are home, please bring your pet in so as to not create a public nuisance. You may become used to it and not hear it anymore but others do! If you are going to be away from your home, please make other arrangement’s for your pets. They might be perfectly well behaved when you are at home, but when left alone it could be another matter. When put walking, per City Ordinance you are required to carry “poop bags” and most importantly, to use them! Dog walkers, if you happen to be out walking your pet and notice another without a bag, please be a good neighbor and kindly offer them one of yours as they probably ran out or simply forgot them at home by mistake. Nobody enjoys stepping in POOP!!!!
